Rithmic is flashing Waiting on historical download, historical download complete etc

When using Rithmic it is flashing: Waiting on historical download, historical download complete, bars may not appear until download is complete endlessly over and over. If I switch to Teton order routing it does not do this however with my trade service I am not able to use teton to trade. I am unsure if there is something I need to do to remedy this and was not able to locate anything in the support board at least with my search query. Any help is appreciated thanks!

if you want to trade a Rithmic account, the best solution is, to use Denali realtime-data and use the Rithmic connection just for order-routing

Regarding post #1, go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings. Remove the Rithmic Market Data and Historical Data Username and Passwords. Very important to do. This is a must!
