Hi, the data on my 2nd instance froze after I changed my Data/Trade service to Teton CME Routing on my first instance. My first instance data is working fine after the change however my 2nd instance data freeze upon changing. Please help

Did you check if the symbols are compatible? If your second instance was using a different data feed than the one you’re currently using on the main instance, you’ll need to reload the symbols. Alternatively, you can simply go to *Chart Settings → Symbol (Action)* and reload the symbol with the new feed on the second instance.

Hi yes both symbols are ESM25-CME. I tried reload symbol with the new feed but it is still the same.

Hi it is working now. What i Did Edit>Translate symbols to current service thank you |
