Hi,

Beginning on Friday, I was only getting delayed data.

Everything is up to date but still showing delayed...

Would like to resolve the issue for tomorrow please.

Few others in my group having issues also.

The CME Group exchange that you had active in April did not renew on May 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal. Therefore you do not have an exchange active and this is why you are receiving the Delayed Streaming Data.

Activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link to get the real-time data:
