Candles Stopped printing today.

Was up all night trading /esfutcme and everything was running fine. Then this morning at about roughly 10:30 in prime time my candles stopped printing, the dom kept working and I could see the current price line on the chart moving up and down, i was able to enter into trades and flatten orders, but the candles just stopped printing new candles, I could see the old candles still so i know I didnt select blank accidently. I shut down sierra and started it back up, but then after about a minute it happened again. Unfortuanatly I had to leave the house at this time and couldnt attept to takle the issue immediatly. Any ideas on what could cause this are greatly appreciated. Within the past day or two I added a vid card (quadro620) so i could run open gl. Didnt notice any lag with the card but only had it for a day or so, but before the card upgrade I definiatly was getting a bit of lag in prime time, figured it was just settings I hadnt got around to changing. Just mentioned that in case it has something to do with this current issue of candles not printing.

UPDATE, MY SUSCRIPTION TO DENALI JUST RAN OUT. iM SURE THAT WAS THE ISSUE, dont put off those warnings by sierra to pay your bills lol

Issue came back today, was only coincidence that it happened same day my bill was due. Like I stated above I did recently install a vid card and am now running open g/l, but im 90 percent positive that I have had this random issue once before long before the vid card install. As i write this it seems to be printing the candles again, so its really very strange. Some sort of an issue with data? I sent the log to support. Thanks

UPDATE. Over past few days ive been gettin little messages i think from windows saying that i needed to free up space. The other day I checked my harddrive as i actually thought that it could possibly be related to this very issue. My harddrive said that i had 12gb of free space, Well just a minute ago I had that warning pop up again and decided to check my hard drive again and sure enough its completly full. zero bytes left. So perhaps i was looking at a different partition b4, or windows was playing games with me. So im not positive this lack of space is the issue as of yet but im sure that its highly likely that this could have something to do with this. I will free up some space and let you know what happens. If you have any other ideas let me know thanks!

Everything on your account looks fine. So it's not an issue with the general setup.

Being out of disk space will definitely cause issues. Refer to the following for how to free up space due to Sierra Chart files:
