Hello, I am trading on two different apex funding accounts, the first I can seen on charts, also my open positions and trades, but the second one with 50K is running, but I see there nothing. In trade position window is this trade running, but on the chart is nothing also with active commands for trade display. See my attached screen too. Or shall I do something else with changing the account for trading? Symbol is all the time the same. thanks |

Yep, I know this, if you change the account and want to see the entry/exit go to Chart and Open Tradewindow for Chart and change the account number. I know it would be nice if the number-change on the DOM would change it, but it seems it is what it is :)

You will only see positions and orders on a chart for the selected trade account. you can do this by linking the two charts/dom chart settings--linking--pick a number to have both the dom and chart linked to, make sure to set "trade window" to "yes" then make sure both dom and chart are linked to the same number in chart settings. now when you switch accounts on the dom it will also switch on the chart |
