Hello Support -
When I create a TIF: Send Order At Time order it appears to automatically create an expiration of that order. It appears on the Orders Screen under Good Till Date Time and is set to expire after 4 hours once the order is sent. Would it be possible to adjust this as we'd like either on the modify screen of the Orders window or in the DOM when creating an TIF:SOAT. I'd like to be able to shorten it to a time of my choosing if I could.
Thank you.

Yes of course. This is already supported:

I apologize - it looks like I might not have been clear. There are two Time In Force types we could be mixing up: Good Till Date and Time and then also, Send Order at Time. When I choose Send Order at Time, it automatically populates a cancel time (shown in the orders window) that is 240 minutes from the time the order is supposed to be sent there doesn't appear to be a drop down to change this. I'd like to know how to adjust it if there is or to have that feature user configurable. I'd like to be able to adjust the duration time on a per order basis. To reiterate: I'd like to be able to send the order at a future time and set the expiration time of that order if it does not trigger.

The time that you see when selecting the Time in Force of Send Order at Time, is the time to send the order, in the current day and in the time zone of the chart.

You just simply enter the time in that box.

There is no time you can specify to cancel the order.

Yes, what you said is correct. However, if you look at the Orders Page you can see that it automatically populates a cancel (or what appears to me as a cancel) of the order if not filled exactly 4 hours after the order is to be sent. I have sent you a screen capture. I'd like to know if we could have a feature added to cancel the order at a time of our choosing instead of at 4 hours, if indeed that's what "Good Till Date Time" actually means.

What you see there on the Orders window is not the cancel time. It is the time to send the order in the time zone of Sierra Chart.

There is not a way to specify a cancel time for an order. No plans to implement this.

Thank you for the reply but I'm not connecting with that. The time to send the order is under the Time In Force column which is my local time. Are you saying that in the Good Till Date Time is the time to send the order based on UTC?

In this particular case - yes - that is what it is. It is not an actual order Cancel time.
