Based on the available documentation, there isn't currently a specific setting to disable the backscrolling behavior when going to charts from alerts in Sierra Chart. When you click to "Go to Chart" from the Alerts Manager, it intentionally scrolls to show the exact date-time when the alert condition became true. It's easy to see the value in this feature for swing and position traders but for daytrading on rapidly moving charts where the alert bars are clearly identified by arrows etc it requires extra clicking to forward the chart to the current active bar and distracts and slows down the operator, especially during activity that generates multiple different charts firing simultaneously. Would it be possible to incorporate a setting to disable the backscrolling behavior when going to charts from alerts in Sierra Chart Alert Manager and bring up the chart on the current bar?
