Hi - I am trying to troubleshoot an order issue I experienced yesterday. It was with my live account with Dorman. In the morning I entered a trade short 3 x contracts MCLM25 and used attached orders for bracket orders for both profit and stop. All orders were set to GTC. Orders entered in correctly. After the days close and when the market reopened in the evening I noticed that I only had a naked order 3 x short but no bracket orders for stop and targets. I noticed this entry in the activity log at 2025-04-21 16:55:00 (Central) Canceling non-market orders during Flatten (this line was repeated 4 x times) also; 2025-04-21 16:55:00 (Central) Flatten and Cancel at set time for Symbol and Account. Flatten&CancelAllOrders Are these lines part of the daily market close process or something else? I am trying to figure out how my attached bracket orders did not survive the close. Thanks, Scott |

From what you are stating, you should not have had an open order overnight either. There are two places where you can enter an option for "Flatten and Cancel at Set Time". You have one of these setup to do so at 16:55:00. Refer to the following: Global Profit/Loss Management: Flatten Positions at Set Time Basic Trading and the Trade Window: A >> Flatten And Cancel at Set Time For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok that was it thank you. I knew it was an option in Global P&L and I had this turned off but I did not know it was also in the Trade Window which was where it was turned on. Thanks much that solved the issue.
