stocks data on 'SC Data' service download is extremely slow in Chartbook

Hi SCE, I'm currently on Service Pkg 3 and, as of a few months ago anyway, downloading historical data for US stocks in a Chartbook with 24 Chart windows was somewhat quick...dl speeds for US & int'l futures as-configured in Charts of other Chartbooks I have, is consistent with past usage. Has the speed for stocks been throttled-back for SP 3, or might it be another issue? |

Nothing is "throttled" on our end. It is very hard for us to say what could be occurring, as there are a lot of factors involved, not the least of which is the speed and latency of the public Internet. And there has been increased trading lately, which means more data.
