Sierra Chart's native tools are primarily designed for traditional grid lines (horizontal and vertical). Can Sierra Chart display global chart backgrounds with a dot matrix appearance consisting of intersectional dots in lieu of horizontal and vertical grid lines? There is not a way to do this.

Thank you. Alternatively, a horizontal grid line setting that features dots spaced 20 times farther apart than the standard interval would be great if that's possible at some point in the future. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-04-18 18:22:30

You can certainly set the grid to be dots through the Line Style for the Chart Grid Graphics Settings: Graphics Settings And there is a Horizontal Grid Line Increment setting: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Horizontal Grid Line Increment (Scale Settings) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
