ciao stavo connettendo il mio secondo account a sierrachart (stesso broker/founded apex,stesso nome per log in etc)
ci sono riuscito,poi ho chiuso sierra per salvare le impostazioni,lo riapro e mi e' sparito l'accaount appena collegato e mi da errore di conessione e non posso lavorare
come posso risolvere questo problema?

hi i was connecting my second account to sierrachart (same broker/founded apex, same name for log in etc)
i succeeded, then i closed sierra to save the settings, i reopen it and the account just connected disappeared and it gives me a connection error and i cant work
how can i solve this problem?

We have no idea why it would work one minute and not the next. This is completely a Rithmic issue.
