See Image, Chart DOM, Bid/Ask is crossed. Restarting the platform temporarily fixes or reduces the issue, but with time it becomes worse. The "last traded price" appears to be correct and Numbers bars also seem ok.

I see that posts after mine are being answered by Sierra engineering, while this noe has not been acknowledged.

Checking if my screenshot not up to par and being disregarded (as the image posting instructions state happens 70% of the time)? Do I need to tag Sierra engineering in the post body?

Apologies if I sound like it, but I’m not trying to be difficult, I just want to make sure I'm posting correctly to get platform issues dealt with asap since not having correct bid/ask data is a major issue.

Thanks!

The delay is because this requires more thought.

The best we can think of is that the symbol settings are not correct. Disable Custom Symbol Settings:

Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings

Also open a new chart for the symbol. Do not make any changes to the Chart Settings and check the market depth through File >> Open Market Depth window.
