I currently use Denali data feed and Interactive Brokers as my trading service. If I pay the ICE exchange fee is there a way to chart and trade ICE futures on Sierra Chart?

You should be able to but contact Interactive Brokers about this. And make sure that you can access the ICE data through the TWS API.

I currently pay CME exchange fee through Sierra. I'm guessing that I should pay ICE fees through Interactive Brokers?

We do not have data for The ICE exchanges, therefore you would have to get the data through Interactive Brokers.
