Trading Activity Times Off by 1 Hour

When I go to Trade Activity my trade times are ahead by 1 hour. Everywhere I can find to sent a time I have set a time to Central time zone, but the trade times are still showing 1 hour ahead of my current time. Any recommendations on what to look at?

The Trade Activity Log uses the "Global Time Zone" setting, as each chart could be different.
