I have a funded account at Interactive Brokers and pay the $6 non-professional exchange fee through them. Will Sierra also charge me $6/month? I'm connected to the live account at IB (all the time, not just once a month.)

You should pay the CME exchange fee through Sierra Chart. So you get better quality data instead of what you get from Interactive Brokers.
