I am not able to connect through Rithmic, which has now cost me a profitable trading day. Is there any info about what is going on?

I have the same issue today. I haven't been able to connect to my TakeProfit / Apex account through Rithmic. My Teton Data personal account worked fine.

Rithmic is having issues with their Chicago servers. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago server has worked for them (such as Sao Paulo).
