I was going through the settings and noticed this is on by default for all columns with no way to change it to one of your choosing. It would be nice to get this option if possible, we pretty much have it for every other setting in the study and the highlighting can honestly just look really off when it's forced on all columns and you only need it for 1. It would also be nice to get another option to highlight the text instead of the background, it can definitely look cleaner and improve readability depending how you have it set up.
