I'm not seeing the full Depth of Market order on my DOM when I'm logged into my TopStep Rithmic account. However, I am seeing the full depth of Market orders on the DOM when I am logged in to my AMP account with Teton order routing. Why am I not seeing the full DOM order in my TopStep Rithmic account.

You do not have any exchanges currently active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. So what you are seeing when you are connected to Rithmic is data from Rithmic, and when you are connected to Teton, you are getting our Delayed Streaming Data. The exchange you had active in February 2025, did not automatically renew on March 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. I am not able to connect to my Rithmic APEX and Topstep trader accounts but can connect to my Teton Stage 5 account. Please let me know what the issue is. Thank you.

Rithmic is having issues with their Chicago-area servers. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago area server has worked for them (Sao Paulo in particular was mentioned as working)
