What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? What is the symbol for the chart where you are seeing this message? We need the symbol exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
