Marker on price bar when a condition in price is met

Hello, New to Sierra charts. Can you provide guidance on how to put a marker on my price chart when a condition is met in a study. Example: When my price bar closed red and my Cumulitive Delta Bar closed green, mark the bar on the Price Chart.
