I have purchased a month of 3 - Base Standard package for $26. My Account Control Panel still states Trial Package. I have followed guidelines to download NewWizIntraday2022 chart but I am not getting the data I need. Please would you advise me on what to do. Thank you Angela Chapman |

You have added the funds to your account, but you have not setup the package.
