[Programming Help] - Volume Value Area Lines - Reference n Periods Back (ASCIL)

The Volume Value Area Lines starts and ends perfectly at 18:00 on a full session chart. I cannot seem to get this is my custom studies. I'd like to apply that same method to values I have in my custom study. Any help with documentation for this? Thanks.
