Hello,

I have a problem since today to connect to Sierra chrt. The graphics are not displayed. I get the following error message: “Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for ESH5.CME. The network socket has been closed. Retrying download.”

I tried to load the data by doing: “Edit --> Delete all data and download” but nothing happened.
Can you help me solve this problem?
