Starting a few days ago each time I select a different chartbook and then return to the previous chartbook all of the charts have shifted to the left or right by a few millimeters and the chartbook scroll bars show up. I resize and realign the charts, save everything and it just keeps on doing it. All of the charts have titlebars turn off.

Disabling workspace scrollbars appears to have resolved the issue
