Rithmic connection error

Hi there

I have previously managed to my connect Bulenox prop firm account to Sierra Chart for trade execution, however, keep receiving a permission denied connection error. Bulenox tell me it is not a Rithmic issue as I can access the account and execute trades successfully via R Trader Pro. Could you please let know whether I am doing anything incorrectly?

It happens to me also after I download the last version of Sierra.
Going back to an older version solve the problem.
