Is there a way to customize the columns in the trade activity/trades so the trades display with day of week, time, etc in their own columns?

Separate the date and time column into 2 columns and add day of week like Monday, Tuesday etc.

This is not supported. And spreadsheet programs can interpret, the date and time together in a single column.
