Chart drawing tool percent change sign always positive

The calculation for the percent change in the chart drawing tool currently is as follows: if the line has a positive slope, then treat the change as positive, and if it is negative, treat the change as negative. The price label reflects this, correctly showing positive and negative values for the price change. The percent change, however, always shows positive. Can you modify the tool so that it keeps the negative percent change sign? The values are correct, just the sign is missing.
