Hi, I have a problem with one chart which includes volume profile and when I am vertically scrolling (not doing anything else) the volume profile is changing. See attached screenshots and notice how on the right chart (which was just vertically scrolled to the upside) volume profile moved upwards - check yellow rectangle and red arrow. |

We are not understanding what you mean by "volume profile moved upwards". When we look at your image everything looks correct. The profiles have shifted up with the overall shift in the chart upwards. What exactly are you seeing change? On the left screenshot the lowest volume bar (as indicated by the red arrow) is below 95500 price level, on the right screenshot the lowest volume bar is slightly above 95500 price level.

We are not able to reproduce this. Are you continuing to see this occur? Please find attached. Click on Y axis and drag chart upwards and observe under yellow line how volume profile moves. |

There is something wrong with that chart, but we do not know what exactly is causing it. The bottom right corner shows that it is in Logarithmic mode, but it can be taken in/out of Logarithmic mode through the Scale Settings, but the notation in the bottom right is not changing. Nor is the chart acting like it is not in logarithmic mode, as you can not change the scale range. We recommend deleting that chart and starting over. If you have the same issue, then let us know. If you can pinpoint any particular method by which the issue is occurring, then let us know. I have changed scale to constant range and it doesn't happen. When I changed it back to automatic volume profile moved and if I moved scale the same is happening. It looks like automatic vertical range is affecting volume profile drawing... |

Is this with a new chart or with that same chart? That chart has something wrong with it as it is not handling the change between logarithmic and linear.

It's the same chart - probably really something with this file... Thank you for all your support. |
