Good morning, I am running 4 instances of SC simultaneously with different markets across them. On the execution charts I use the heikin-hashi study and I noticed the compact tool values window misses the "low" value on some chart, whereas on other charts it's all good. I found this Chart-Values Crosshairs/ Compact Tool Values Window on a Flex Renko Inverse and checked each and every paramenters within the platofms to make sure they're ok. It seems that each and every set up that control the OHLL display value is set properly, and yet on some chart the low part is missing when the heinkin ashi study is used. I noticed that this issue happens on some chart, but not all of them, across all the 4 instances I am running. Please, can you help me figure out what am I missing? I can't get my head around it. Thanks, F. |

Solved the mystery. There was a setting that was unticked within the study that I mistakenly left unchecked. Sorry to bother you guys for such as mishap. |

It would help if you could explain what the fix was so others who found this thread can benefit from it.
