I am having the same issue as mentioned here: Error - Denali Data Feed (Market Orders Data) Trading is not supported. I have connected to a different data/trade service (via Teton) and the issue does not happen. I sent you 3 separate message logs for analysis: The first is a single chart + DOM and the issue did NOT happen. The second is chartbook with 4 charts and 4 DOMs and the issue did NOT happen.
