No Depth After Computer Being in Sleep Mode

Hello, I have depth missing after waking my computer from sleep. I've already tried updating symbol settings from the server. Hadn't had an issue with historical depth downloading in a while since real time updating is enabled. See attached image. Please advide. Thanks, |

This is not surprising. While your computer is in Sleep mode, the software is not running and will not get the market depth data during that time. Make sure you have the correct settings to download historical market depth data by following these instructions: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data But even then, the data may not fill in, particularly when coming out of Sleep mode, so you would have to manually force the download of the missing data by following the instructions at Step #8 at the above link.
