how to integrate custom streaming data into charts?

I have a set of custom data that is generated throughout the day. I would like to be able to chart this custom data in Sierra chart, use it with indicators, etc. Is there any way to do that? I saw there is a way to use a text file of data, but does changing that text file automatically change the chart using that symbol? Thanks for any advice. |

When you import data into the system it is a one time action. Continued updates to that file do not update the data in the system. For what you are wanting, you would need to create a custom .scid file that the system would read.
