Hi, It seems my account is missing some steps to be able to trade BTC/MBT symbols. I'm using CQG with Amp global as the broker. Here's the trade service log: example 1: 2024-11-27 14:43:47.015 | Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Unable to execute order (details at omnibus level). You need to ask your broker about this error. It is coming from CQG and we have no idea what is trying to tell you.

Thanks John, I talked with support and seems like my broker AMP Global doesn't support BTC futures trading. Can you guide me, or link a document, to understand what changes do I need to make if I move away from AMP? Also, how can I trade spot markets (btcusd, xauusd, etc.) and forex markets...what is the recommended stack? Currently it is Sierra chart with Denali data feed and CQG-Amp Global as order routing and broker. |
