When chart candles are set to have different color than candle outline all studies using bars start having pretty random wick collors, not coresponding with actual study candle value.

Not only Spreadsheet Study (bar) but also core studies as BidAsk Difference bars (screenshoot).

Is there any way to have correct wick collors?

Im well aware of that documentation.

But it doesnt explain why there are wrong wick colors on many bars of that built-in study. I attached study settings on the screenshot.

We understand the reason for why you see what you do. The coloring of the High-Low bar is not random.

It is based upon the previous close to current close difference. We are going to change that to follow this setting in case of a candlestick:
Graphics Settings: Up/Down Coloring for OHLC Bars Based on Previous and Current Close (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)
