recently built a new machine and simply 'migrated' partitions over from the old one. Sierra has been working fine. However, today, for the first time, I tried re-compiling my code and have run into an issue (see attached). Thanks

You do not have your Visual C++ Path set correctly on the Build Advanced Custom Studies window. It looks like this is blank.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Can you provide me with some guidance? Is there a specific file I am looking for? I'm running Win 11 and I've just installed Visual Studio 2022.

On my Windows 11 system the Visual C++ path is the following:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build

by re-installing the Visual Studio suite the path you identified was created on my machine.
I supplied that path and ran the build process.
Still getting an error: "Incorrect path for script file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat"
Is this batch file created during the Sierra installation process?
Must I uninstall/reinstall SC to generate it? I'm reluctant to do that as I have so many customizations to my chart display.
Thanks again.

same error when I use the path "C:\SierraChart\ACS_Source\" and select VisualCCompile.Bat

resolved by installing Microsoft Visual Studio Code then configuring it for Microsoft C++.
Fortunately, found some very useful links
