entering order on dom not working

When i enter my order via a dom it is not working but if i use the trade window the order works can you please help me

What DOM are you using - a Trading DOM or the Chart DOM? Is the Trade Window you are using associated with the same Trade/Chart DOM on which the orders are not able to be placed? What method are you using to place an order on the Trade/Chart DOM?
