is there a way to make an alert which will display an alert when a cell value in a spreadsheet is TRUE?

Sierra Chart uses a context of zero is the same as False and any non-zero value is True. Therefore, to test if a cell is true, you would just test if it is non-zero, such as "=K3 <> 0".
