Im using a spreadsheet to record the ask and bid volumes on a 1 range tick chart. I want to loop through the spreadsheet programmatically to track the largest ask / bid volume whichever is greatest in the spreadsheet, and then use this to place orders. Is this possible, or can someone develop this for me using ACSIL? Thanks
