Hello, I am using Sierra Chart with Rithmic. Every time I submit a live trade the service times out and the order is cancelled. When I click the confirm button the service is green and connected but immediately goes to yellow disconnected status. What should I do? Have a good one! Jerry |

Generally speaking, what you are seeing is a Rithmic issue. And there is nothing we can do about it.
