I would like to plot an extending rectangle by default of 10 points, Is that Possible? Can I get some help? Thanks!

There is no built-in method to default a rectangle (extending or otherwise) to a specific height (i.e. 10 points). The only way to do this would be to create a Custom Study that draws the rectangle for you with that height.
