longterm volume profile on an intraday chart

i am still confused about how to create a longterm 'composite' volume profile (made from 1-minute, not tick, data) onto an intraday constant-volume chart (e.g. 1000 volume). i am using symbol @NQ# from DTN IQfeed and the Continuous Contract Advanced setting for my chart is set to 'None'. please describe what i need to do.
