Hi, I had a chartbook open; closed it and tried to reopen during the same session but it would not reopen. I restarted the platform and received a message stating that the chartbook file is not compatible. I haven't updated the platform only opened, closed, and reopened the chartbook. Unfortunately, we have no way to know why this occurred.
