Change Text Tool Settings on Chart - Doesn't always apply changes.

Dear Support Board, Is anyone having the same issues or have I simply missed something. 1 - Select abc Text Tool. 2 - Enter Text. 3 - Reselect as decided to change font size and color. 4 - Right Click Chart Drawing Properties. 5 - Select Font Color, Font and Font Size. 6 - Apply All (not actually req.) 7 - Select OK Sounds simple .... But the text does not always change. Sometimes it updates for me and sometimes it does not. What am I missing? Syntax, order of operations? Snapshots attached and on that occasion it didn't work.
