Amending BE trigger while working order

I was wondering once i have set the move to breakeven for a stop while the order is active. Would i be able to amend the trigger offset value while the order is live/working?

You can not adjust the trigger offset to a working order. You would need to remove the working orders and submit new ones using the "Send Attached Orders - Position/Price".
