Hello, I put a resting buy order 1 tick above the 15 minute opening range high for one micro gold contract with a bracket (20 tick stop and a 40 tick target price). Before my resting order got hit, I switched Data/Trade Service to access a different account with a different broker. When I came back to first Data/Trade service and the account with the resting order, everything was gone. I checked the trade activity report, and it only shows an entry, and the commission as a loss (not the 20 tick loss or 40 tick target I had set). Sierra Chart seems to have opened and closed the trade on the same price, instantly, but I can't verify this. I don't see any open trade on the Trade Positions Window, or in the DOM and Trade Window with the account that I used to place the resting order active. I am confused about where the trade went, and I need to understand what happened here to be comfortable with Sierra Chart. I suspect there is a logical explanation for this, but I am baffled. Any explanation, thoughts, or ideas would be welcome. Thank you. |

Please disregard this post - I have found the trade. It was still open. I have no idea why it wasn't showing earlier. Sorry for being impatient (but it was an open trade!). Thank you. |
