Hello support! I am having an interesting issue.. For some reason my monetary value for points is not calculating correctly.. For example I am currently up 38 points on NQ and my order ticket shows me as -21 points, my account balances are fine, and when I look at some charts where I am showing open positions its also fine but I use the order ticket window mostly. I have had this issue for weeeeeeeks now. Things i've tried.. deleted the custom symbol settings from my folders, updating from the server without any universal boxes checked, deleting again.. I know that the issue has to be related to me switching from Teton order routing, to Rithmic and CQG as well as that I trade NQ and MNQ and ES and MES using the "use as trade symbol only option". Do we know how to fix this? Is there a way to reset this correctly so it uses the data from the server? Sometimes when it "works" it's showing me Micro $ value but the correct points even though I am trading minis.. Thanks a lot team! |

It sounds like you do not have the correct "Currency Value Per Tick" set when you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol".
