                What exactly is occurring? What are you seeing? What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And what is one symbol for one chart where you have a problem. We need the exact symbol as it is entered for the chart.                 When you say market profile is this a TPO chart? Or are you referring to a Volume by Price study? And you are unable to change the timeframe of the chart bars.
