Hi first time using Sierra Downloaded software from your website 64 bit. Downloaded on my laptop. Created account All I tried to do was access chart for natural gas and the screen was black On the message log kept saying unable to load data Can't see any charts Tried nq chart as well didn't work Is there a number I can call Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-27 23:32:49

1) Go to the SC Menu (Upper Left Corner) and select: File >> Find Symbol. 2) Click the + next to Futures - Nymex. 3) Click the + next to NG for Nat Gas. 4) Highlight the NG June 2024 contract with the mouse. 5) Click the gray 'Open Intraday Chart' button below and then Close the Find Symbol Window. 6) Right click on the chart and select 'Studies' to add studies. 7) Go to the SC Menu (Upper Left Corner) and select: Chart >> Graph Draw Types to select different types of Candlesticks.
