No data in my dom form chart

When I try to open the trading dom form chart, there is no data appearing (as seen on the attached picture). Can you tell me if I need to do certain adjustments in the software to make the data visible or if I bought the wrong services package 5?

We assume that you are referring to the Market Depth data. We no longer have the market depth data for Binance due to issues with that data.
