Whats wrong with this two chartbooks?

I have two chartbooks and i am interested in footprint and marketprofile letters and blocks. But when i load them up in sierra they dont show anything. Can somebody help and fix it so that the chartbooks show working footprint and working marketprofile with letters and blocks The symbol i want to use is E-mini S&P500. I would appreciate it. Check your symbols. Make sure they're correct for your data service provider.

As cmet states, most likely is is symbols. Open the Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to update the symbols for your service.
